Nursery: Children aged 3 years and above
Class I to X: Based on school records and performance in entrance interaction.
Class XI (Science Stream): Subject to prior academic performance, entrance test, and seat availability.

Application forms are available at the school office or can be downloaded from our official website (svmhimrashmi.org). The completed form must be submitted along with the necessary documents before the announced deadline.

Depending on the class applied for, a short written test or a student-parent interaction may be scheduled. This helps us assess the child’s learning level and prepare them accordingly.

Selected students will receive a formal admission confirmation. Admission will be secured only after fee payment and verification of all submitted documents.

Transfer Certificate from the previous school
Report Card / Progress Sheet from previous academic year
Passport-sized photographs (3 each of student and parents)
Aadhaar Card of student
Blood group and Medical Fitness certificate (optional but recommended)
